What Will You Do?

Job Purpose Statement:

The Restaurant Team Trainer supports restaurant success by training new hires and existing team members in all front- and back-of-house procedures, ensuring the restaurant delivers safe operations, consistent food quality, and exceptional guest service.

Essential Job Functions:

• Welcome, train, and coach new team members on food preparation, service, and hospitality standards.
• Model the Biscuits & Bird way — friendly, fast, accurate, and always with care.
• Ensure training materials, checklists, and routines are followed for consistency and quality.
• Partner with shift leaders and managers to identify and address training needs.
• Deliver feedback and recognition that encourages growth and confidence.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe training environment.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu items, recipes, and beverage preparation.
• Support daily operations — from opening prep to closing routines — as a role model of excellence.
• Help drive team engagement and uphold our culture of positivity, teamwork, and accountability.
