About The Position
Team8- Fintech Startup a top-tier VC-backed B2B fintech startup on a bold mission to transform financial operations. Our AI platform automates critical processes for finance teams — detecting errors, reducing costs, and improving profitability across payroll, revenue, and spend.
We’re growing fast, and we’re now looking for a full-time Office & Operations Manager to join us in Tel Aviv. This is a trusted, hands-on role working closely with the CEO and founding team. You’ll be responsible for making run smoothly day to day — across the office, internal ops, calendar and travel management, basic finance, HR operations, employee experience, and more. We're looking for someone who’s proactive, organized, and excited to be the go-to person for “getting things done.” This is a rare opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup and own core responsibilities at the heart of the company.
Responsibilities and Impact
○ Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive, well-equipped
work environment.
○ Manage office needs including supplies, groceries, and workplace experience.
○ Own vendor relationships and procurement needs.
○ Handle basic IT needs, equipment orders, and office purchases.
○ Help manage and maintain internal tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and
Monday.
● Executive Support
○ Manage the Founders’s calendar and prioritize requests.
○ Book travel and accommodations for the team.
● HR Operations
○ Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and phone screens.
○ Own onboarding logistics: accounts, laptops, internal prep.
○ Support onboarding/offboarding and other people processes.
○ Handle confidential HR and hiring tasks as a trusted internal partner.
● Finance Support
○ Manage invoices, payments, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping.
○ Work with our finance team to keep financial ops organized.
● Employee Experience & Internal Ops
○ Plan team events, birthdays, and offsite logistics.
○ Coordinate swag orders, holiday gifts, and other team perks.
● 2 years of relevant experience in a startup or tech environment.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and skillfully juggle
multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
● Fluent in English (written and spoken).
● High level of trust, discretion, and professionalism.
● Experience with G-Suite, Slack, and Monday.
● Great with people — empathetic and proactive.
● Willingness to take ownership of both big projects and small day-to-day tasks.
