Team8 Stealth Cyber Startup - Founding Product Lead

We are a fast-growing stealth cyber startup, backed by Team8, on a mission to solve one of the most critical challenges in the modern cyber landscape. We are looking for an exceptional Founding Product Lead to join our core team as our first product hire and shape the product from the ground up.

Role description

We are looking for a strong, technical product leader to own the product from zero to one: define what we build, for whom, and why. You will work shoulder to shoulder with the founders, researchers and engineers, turning deep offensive research and agentic AI capabilities into a product that customers love and pay for.

This is a hands-on role in a small team, with a lot of responsibility, autonomy, and influence over the product, technical and business direction. You will set the foundations of how product is done here, from the first design partners to a repeatable, scalable product.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap from early discovery through first release and beyond.
• Work closely with design partners and early customers to deeply understand their pain, workflows and buying process.
• Translate complex offensive research and AI capabilities into clear product requirements, user experiences and customer value.
• Partner closely with R&D and research to prioritize ruthlessly, scope MVPs and ship fast in tight iteration loops.
• Define success metrics and use customer feedback and data to drive product decisions.
• Shape positioning, messaging and go-to-market together with the founders, and support early sales conversations.
• Build the product function's foundations: processes, tools and culture, as the company grows.

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B tech, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity products.
• Proven experience taking a product from 0 to 1, ideally in an early-stage startup.
• Strong technical background: hands-on software development experience is a must.
• Deep understanding of the security landscape, security buyers (CISOs, security teams) and their workflows.
• Ability to go deep on technical topics with researchers and engineers while keeping a sharp customer and business focus.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one work; founding DNA and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Advantage: experience with offensive security, AI/LLM-based products, or agentic systems.
• Based in Tel Aviv, in-person — this is a founding team role.
