Team8- Stealth Cybersecurity Startup Senior Product Manager

We're an early-stage stealth cybersecurity startup backed by top-tier investors, and we're hiring a Senior Product Manager to help drive our product vision and strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced PM with a security industry background who can translate customer needs into impactful product decisions. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver features that solve real problems for security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct customer research and discovery to deeply understand security operations workflows and pain points.
• Define clear product requirements and success metrics for new features and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Work directly with customers to gather feedback, validate features, and build strong relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
• Communicate product vision and progress to internal stakeholders and leadership.

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Background in cybersecurity, preferably in SecOps, SIEM/SOAR, or Data Security companies.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating feedback into product decisions.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products and features.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of security operations workflows and the challenges security teams face.
• Technical background is a plus.
