Teamhead (Manager), Business Intelligence

YOUR MISSION
Set priorities for BI and technical teams in support of strategic organizational objectives
Develop a collaborative relationship with technical and non-technical teams to promote efficiency and effective communication
Own and elevate the portfolio of business-facing BI: reporting tools, Power BI Service landscape, data literacy resources, etc.
Drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives in partnership with the Technology organization that optimize time-to-value
Partner with local and global teams to drive results and reduce redundancy
Coach and develop a team of direct reports to support conversion of data to insight
YOUR TALENT

7+ years in a data based role with experience managing people
Ability to build phased roadmaps for the short and mid term
Strong communication verbally, in writing, and via presentation to technical and nontechnical audiences
Working knowledge of Azure architecture for data storage, data pipelines, and data analysis
Proficiency in Advanced Analytics (R, Python, Machine Learning)
SAP S/4HANA experience is helpful
A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
Able to manage, coach and directly develop a team as well as the unique skills of influence at all levels of the organization
