Tech Lead (Java Microservices Architecture)

Our client, a global logistics leader, is enhancing its core web platform to support its worldwide operations. To achieve this, a specialized team has been formed to develop and manage microservices tailored to evolving business needs. This team is looking for a Microservices Team Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of these services.

This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the functionality and scalability of a platform central to global logistics operations.

What You’ll Do

• Guide architecture, design, development, and operations discussions and decisions.
  


• Build and maintain microservices using the Spring Boot framework and Java.
  


• Oversee Git workflows, code reviews, and branch management strategies.
  


• Implement and manage CI/CD processes.
  


• Utilize containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  


• Work with Content Delivery Networks (CDN), preferably Akamai.
  


• Apply expertise in MS Azure or similar cloud platforms.

Requirements
