Technical Account Associate

About the Role

We are hiring an Technical Account Associate to join our team! The Technical Account Associate will support electrification project intake. You'll delight customers and colleagues by advancing electrification projects in their earliest stages, providing critical support for electrical project design, and working closely with our Sales, Install Operations, and Lead Electrician teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

The Technical Account Associate will:

• Serve as an electrification subject matter expert, comprehensively understanding and effectively communicating the intricacies of electrical installations to assist customers and colleagues.
• Support onboarding, training and performance management for an outsourced team.
• Build and maintain a content library and support ongoing content improvements to ensure consistent policy application and standard operating procedures across technical and operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including Treehouse's Marketing and Install Operations teams, to optimize the sales funnel and enhance the overall customer and installer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a consultative experience to prospective customers, establishing Treehouse as a trusted authority in the field.
• Offer top-tier customer support to both prospects and partners.

Minimum Qualifications

Successful Technical Account Associate candidates will demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, four years relevant experience
• Two or more years of experience in process improvement, technical operations, training development, or a related function within an operational or support-focused environment
• Experience working with a CRM and related tooling

Preferred Qualifications

Additionally, successful Technical Account Associate candidates may demonstrate:

• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented; must be driven to exceed goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and collaboration
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and continuous support
• Passion for electrification and/or energy sustainability

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate of what Treehouse may pay for a new hire; actual pay may vary based on prevailing wages in geographic location and a candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, education, certifications, and ability to meet required job qualifications.
