This is a remote (work from home) role.
Bridge is currently seeking a Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for providing technical strategies that will drive client satisfaction and campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in digital marketing with an agency, brand, and/or top online publishers. This role will provide technical support for client campaigns, working with internal stakeholders to optimize and troubleshoot. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be able to propose solutions to opportunities presented while bridging the gap between customers and support teams to solve customer needs, advocate for customers, provide solutions, and manage the completion of all client requests.
