The Technical Analyst (Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ) is responsible for developing and implementing functionality and enhancements within the Sales and Service Cloud business processes. The role involves collaborating with IT and functional teams to understand business requirements, documenting technical design deliverables, and ensuring the development team implements the correct solutions. The Technical Analyst will configure automation processes, develop and configure products, document requests for enhancements and defects, conduct QA testing, provide effort estimates, maintain process documentation, and act as a point of escalation for issue resolution. Strong expertise in Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agile/Scrum framework is required, along with excellent problem -solving skills and proficiency in tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Office Suite. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of Salesforce experience. Salesforce certifications and knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visual Force, and Lighting Components are preferred.
