Job Description - Technical and Marketing Content Writer

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a social media-savvy professional who knows how to build brand visibility and engagement with technical B2B audiences, particularly on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube. You will create compelling content, run digital campaigns, manage our HubSpot\Salesforce pipeline, and help drive global brand awareness and support broader marketing initiatives. 

Major Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies to grow visibility, engagement, and audience reach 
  • Manage the company's presence on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, and other relevant platforms 
  • Publish a minimum of two quality posts per week; monitor analytics and optimize performance 
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns and email marketing using HubSpot 
  • Support SEO/GEO and website content optimization 

Content Creation & Communications

  • Produce high-quality marketing and technical content: social posts, brochures, case studies, newsletters, presentations, datasheets, press releases, press kits, website copy, and video/multimedia 
  • Collaborate with engineers and field application teams to translate technical information into clear, customer-facing materials 
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels 
  • Website & Digital Asset Management 25% 
  • Maintain and update the company website with fresh content and SEO best practices 
  • Manage marketing assets including videos, images, datasheets, and technical documentation 
  • Contribute to future website development and digital initiatives 
  • Marketing Operations 10% 
  • Support trade shows, promotional materials, and distributor marketing activities 
  • Prepare internal monthly newsletters and company presentations 
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and developers as needed 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  • Proven B2B digital marketing and communications experience in a technical or engineering environment 
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and social media execution and strategy 
  • Experience creating content for electronics or engineering products 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and audience engagement 
  • Team player that can work with others and individually 

Technical Skills/Knowledge  

  • Social media management and analytics 
  • HubSpot, Salesforce - MUST
  • Monday.com, CMS/CRM/PIM platforms - An Advantage
  • SEO/GEO and digital marketing tools 
  • AI tools for marketing and content creation 
  • Microsoft Office Suite 
  •  Attention to details, Teamwork, Initiative, Resilience under Pressure, well organized, Adherence to schedules, Creative thinker, Collaborative, Self-driven, High integrity and professionalism 
  • English (mother tongue mandatory), Hebrew (high level), other languages an advantage
