Technical Application Manager Testing Platform Services (all humans)

We are looking for a Technical Application Manager to ensure the seamless operation and lifecycle management of testing platform services across various automation tools and frameworks. While current systems rely on certain commercial solutions, candidates with experience in comparable environments (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or proprietary enterprise testing platforms) are equally well-suited.

What to do:

• Setup, configuration, and maintenance of test automation infrastructure (servers, agents, services)

• Management of licensing components, certificates, firewall rules, and proxy settings

• Enablement and monitoring of live systems and service reliability features

• Development and maintenance of automated processes and backend integrations (e.g., scheduled diagnostics, reporting mechanisms)

• Administration of supporting databases used by the testing platforms

• Documentation of environments, procedures, and technical configurations

• Provide second- and third-level support to internal teams and external sourcing partners

• Maintain reporting and analytics modules related to testing activities

You check these boxes:

• Proficiency with Windows Server environments (2019 and newer)

• Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server or similar RDBMS platforms

• Familiarity with virtual client infrastructures (VCI)

• Intermediate scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell 5+ or similar)

• Familiarity with web server technologies (e.g., Microsoft IIS 10+)

• Basic understanding of web architecture including GUI and non-GUI applications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Readiness to expand knowledge across multiple test automation ecosystems

  Nice to have:

• Experience with at least one automation platform (e.g., TOSCA, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) including:

• Platform-specific scripting or query language

• Test case orchestration and execution

• Overview of test suite configuration and deployment features

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2400,- gross per month for this full time position.
