Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Technical Architect. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Ability to travel and/or relocate is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Technical Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of portals using Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud; Document functional specifications; Communicate project vision and solution design to development staff; ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices; Provide oversight and leadership for solution implementation; guide development team and liaise between internal teams; Communicate complex technical issues and advise stakeholders on design updates and potential risks and challenges.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus two (2) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include working with: Salesforce CRM Development and Administration; App Development; Lightning; Scripting; Cloud Security; and Database Management. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

The base salary range for this position is $82,202 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
