Job Description - Technical Architecture Business Analyst

Your Are:

Our business analysts are both a tether to client customers supporting our Product Owners and Product Managers in documenting the "voice of the customer" and also the analytical lynch pin in assisting our Business Owners and Agile Teams in assessing priorities and capabilities for fulfilling the needs of the customer.

The work:

The Technical Business Analyst has the ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing/design business processes. The Technical Business Analyst is expected to develop technical expertise in various aspects of the delivery lifecycle including:

Helping identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
Serve as a liaison to the business community and technical team while participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective.
Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.

As a business analyst you will:

Analyze and design new business processes.
Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective.
Analyze strategy alignment with team priorities and business community requirements to advise clients on capability and application gaps, opportunities, priority alignment, and feasibility of addressing the afore mentioned elements.

Here's what you need:

Must have hybrid experience - being able to work onprem cloud environments (AWS)
Experience working at an enterprise level infrastructure environment to be able to duplicate capabilities and support cross domain processing
Experience in gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and recommending new business processes for efficiency
Top Secret clearance requirement
Ability to work onsite requirements - 3-4 days in Chantilly, VA

Bonus points if you have:

Knowledge of working with federal clients
Familiarity with SQL, and XML, environment a plus.
Familiarity with web and reporting technology is also a plus.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role :

California: $ 82,400 - 154,800

Colorado: $ 82,400 - 133,700

New York: $ 76,300 - 154,800

Washington State: $ 87,800 - 142,300
