Technical Business Analyst – Digital Healthcare Platforms

Our client is a leading European fertility healthcare group headquartered in Prague, operating clinics and digital healthcare platforms across multiple countries. As part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative, the company is standardising patient journeys, operational processes, and healthcare systems across the organisation.

We are currently looking for a highly analytical Technical Business Analyst who will help bridge the gap between business operations, digital products, and technical delivery teams.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of product development, operational governance, data management, and business process optimisation. You will work closely with clinical teams, product managers, developers, and operational stakeholders to translate complex business needs into structured product specifications and delivery-ready requirements.

A strong focus of the role is governance and consistency across integrated systems including EMR, CRM, billing platforms, and patient-facing applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and operational requirements
  


• Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria
  


• Support backlog refinement, development, testing, and release activities
  


• Manage and standardise reference and master data across multiple systems
  


• Maintain governance over product catalogues, pricing structures, and operational definitions
  


• Define and document end-to-end patient journey workflows
  


• Ensure consistency between integrated systems and operational processes
  


• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
  


• Maintain clear documentation and a reliable source of truth across the organisation
  


• Support governance activities related to data quality, compliance, and change management
