Role: Technical Content Writer - For video content and flyers
Location: Washington, DC 20002 (Hybrid - once a month onsite)
Type: Contract - 5 Months (probability of extension)

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience 15 years
- MS Office + MS Project or other Project Management software - 11 years
- Strong communication skills - ability to articulate technical terms and complex data clearly to non-technical audience both verbally and in writing - 11 years
- Experience with documenting data systems - 11 years
- Content documentation & visual content (including but not limited to videos, flyers, guides, process documents, and process flows/diagrams - 11 years
- Requirements gathering and documentation - 8 years
- Experience with Writing and creating training materials/ user guides - 8 years
- Experience performing trainings for the end user - 5 years
- Experience utilizing video editing software - 3 years
- Experience in a K-12 administrative school environment - 8 years (Desired)
