We're seeking a dedicated individual to join the team of a leading area manufacturer as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate in this role will play a crucial role in managing and processing domestic orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing invaluable support to the client’s U.S. markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize orders based on customer requirements, product availability, and shipping modes.
• Provide detailed product information, pricing, sourcing, and availability to customers and distributors.
• Resolve order issues promptly and efficiently through direct communication with customers and distributors.
• Assist in corporate regulatory compliance efforts as needed.
• Handle requests for credits, pricing adjustments, product shipment tracking, and other customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple calls while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with product lines and ability to identify products by major groupings.
• Previous PC experience with proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.
