As part of The World’s First Civilian Cybersecurity Force, Athena7 specializes in resistance hardening, IT security assessments, strategy and planning to ensure an organization's defenses are prepared to effectively resist and rapidly recover from a cyberattack.

About This Position

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping organizations install, upgrade, migrate, and secure their digital environments. You’ll lead the orchestration of complex technical projects, ensuring that cloud transformations, cybersecurity implementations, and infrastructure hardening efforts are delivered with precision, speed, and impact.

In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to align technical execution with strategic goals. Whether you're coordinating a large infrastructure project or overseeing the hardening of critical systems based on cybersecurity vulnerability assessments, your leadership will help organizations regain control and confidence in the face of modern threats.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the successful delivery of technical workstreams across cloud, security, and infrastructure projects.


• Oversee the hardening of IT systems including servers, endpoints, and cloud platforms, based on findings from security assessments.


• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients during project execution, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical outcomes.


• Collaborate with engineers and partners to ensure the right resources are focused on the right tasks at the right time.


• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep projects on track.


• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts, driving resolution and continuous improvement.


• Lead cross-functional technical teams, providing direction, mentorship, and accountability throughout project lifecycles.


• Guide architectural discussions and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.


• Ensure technical solutions meet Fenix24’s standards for quality, security, and performance.


• Support project estimation, planning, and scoping by contributing technical insight and delivery expertise.


• Facilitate go-live readiness, knowledge transfer, and handoff to support teams.


• Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across delivery teams.
