Technical Documentation Specialist - Collaborative Environment

A multinational company with a facility in Livonia, MI is currently seeking several Technical Documentation Specialists for direct hire opportunities with their growing team. Technical Documentation Specialists will be working full-time, with pay anticipated to be between $20 - 25/hour based on each candidate's experience and education. Qualified Technical Documentation Specialists will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• Experience with technical documentation or similar credentials
• Solid experience with verifying project data especially Bill of Materials, Process Documentation, Standard Operating Procedures
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Experienced working with many part numbers and exercising a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiar with engineering change processes and engineering change orders
• Knowledgeable creating safety and training documentation
• Microsoft Access / Fourth Shift ERP experience is a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Must be able to work in the United States
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, and references, etc.
