This is a highly visible role for someone who can move

    standards.
  • Research

    performance, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Develop
and maintain installation manuals, maintenance guides, technical
specifications, cut sheets, standard details, and submittal materials.
  • Travel

troubleshoot field issues, and recommend next steps.
  • Review
complex specifications and drawings; provide technical solutions for
    existing and new products.
  • Support
key-project quoting, cost optimization, CAD drawings, and technical
    documentation.
  • Establish
and maintain quality-control procedures, testing protocols, compliance
    records, and performance documentation.
  • Coordinate
special product projects, including timelines, budgets, suppliers,
    engineering partners, and field teams.
  • Deliver
internal training and continuing-education presentations for clients,
    partners, and internal teams.
  • Support
sales and marketing with accurate technical input for product data sheets,
    trade-show materials, and case studies.
  • Identify
opportunities to improve workflows tied to quoting, installation,
    documentation, and product implementation.

What You Bring

product, systems, installation, engineering, architectural, manufacturing,
    or related industry experience.
  • Strong
ability to interpret drawings, specifications, site conditions, and
    technical requirements.
  • Experience
creating clear technical documentation, installation details, manuals, or
    submittal packages.
  • Practical
problem-solving skills and confidence working directly with field teams,
