Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, substantive advice and  assessments to the government customer when requested and participate in DIA and IC  working groups and meetings as needed 
• Prepare intelligence assessments and other written products with an emphasis  on logical argumentation and analytic clarity 
• Proofread, edit, correct text for style and accuracy 
• Apply IC analytic standards and analytic tradecraft standards as defined in the  Intelligence Reform, Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 Analytic Standards,  and ICD 206 Sourcing Requirements 

• Relevant Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of IC experience, or Masters Degree and 2+  years of IC experience 
• 3+ years of work experience or academic study covering the Middle East 
• 3+ years applying ICD 203 and 206 to strategic-level all-source analysis 
• BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or  National Security Studies preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political  Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a  plus 
• Experience with producing all-source intelligence analysis and managing production of  analysis products 
• Experience working on the Middle East and Africa regions 
• Possession of excellent organizational and analytic skills 
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
