Technical Inside Sales Support

AMTRACO is a global holding company headquartered in Franksville, WI, that manages the shared services of HR, IT, and Finance for its operating units. The three distinct operating units owned by AMTRACO are:

EPSI – a distribution company servicing the surface finishing industry with presence in all major global markets.

STM – a manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes

SBM – a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate.

This role is for our STM Organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Providing Customer Quotes.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating to customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Thorough product knowledge so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions.
• Communicating and coordinating with outside sales staff and providing administrative support for them as necessary.
• Entering customer orders and sending the proper documentation, including order confirmations.
• Contacting customers with sales opportunites.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Other duties as assigned.

Technical Requirements:

• Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient with computers, specifically Microsoft 365 Suite and with working within ERP systems.
• Experience working with customer support.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
