Job Description - Technical Intelligence Recruiter

Overview Railhead is seeking an experienced Recruiter with demonstrated success identifying, developing and hiring cleared talent with technical skillsets to support our rapidly growing portfolio of Intelligence SMEs and IT/Cyber contracts supporting the Defense and Intelligence Communities. The Recruiter will leverage prior experience supporting federal customers to provide industry-leading talent across Railhead's strategic business units. This is currently a full-time temporary ~6 month postition; however, this position can very easily be turned into a long-term career with Railhead if proven successful in the duties below. Responsibilities Work independently on full life cycle recruiting to include: sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, submitting resumes to hiring managers, coordinating interviews, etc. Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. Develops specific and targeted creative recruitment strategies using a variety of means in order to identify and develop candidates from various sources. Collaborates with Division management to support funded and unfunded positions and long term growth needs. Mentors and leads recruiting team members with prioritization, and trains techniques and best practices. Provides information to potential candidates about the company, culture, benefits and job opportunities. Acts as point of contact with all hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire interview and hiring process. Partners with hiring managers on proposal efforts. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience in the Intelligence Community Experience providing Department of Defense and/or Federal Law Enforcement customers with personnel experienced in Intelligence, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Data Science and related disciplines who have security clearances, including polygraphs.
