Job Title: Technical Lead
Place of Performance: Geneseo, NY 14454
Minimum Experience: 8+ years in Drupal and WordPress development
Rate: Based on experience
Employment Type: Contract - W2
Duration: Contingent upon contract award

Position Overview:
We are sourcing an experienced Technical Lead to architect and execute a Drupal to WordPress migration. This position is contingent upon contract award and does not guarantee immediate employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct the technical migration process
Develop scripts for automation and integration
Collaborate with front-end developers and QA
Ensure performance, security, and functionality integrity
Participate in code review and solution architecture

Qualifications:

Expertise in WordPress and Drupal
Strong backend development and scripting skills
Experience managing QA and integration phases
