Technical Lead (C#, .NET, AWS)

We are looking for an experienced Software Technical Lead to manage and guide a dynamic development team. This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site in Manhattan and requires strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, as well as experience managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will oversee software project delivery, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
• Proven experience managing offshore development teams.
• Previous experience working with startups.
• Experience managing an R&D budget of approximately $1 million per year.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of the media content industry, including streaming, content management, and digital distribution.

• Must be able to conduct video interviews with the camera turned on.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status required.
