Technical Manager - Rapid Progression

As a Technical Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Engineering Manager), you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and management of process engineering, technical, maintenance, and tooling functions. You'll be responsible for ensuring robust manufacturing processes to meet productivity, delivery, quality, and safety objectives. You'll also manage the maintenance department, ensuring proper machine repair and uptime.

• BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of injection molding and heavy industrial tooling preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic competencies.
• Experience with plant material feed systems and robots (Wittmann, UR, Fanuc).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple departments and projects.
