Technical Operations Specialist

RCS is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to provide support in ground and air intelligence operations.

This position requires the candidate to work onsite in the CONUS or Dulles, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.

• CST Schedule 4 days on, 3 days off; 3 days on, 4 days off (rotating weekly) 12-hour days, 0600 - 1800 or 1800 - 0600 Rotating from days to nights or vice versa quarterly. 10% differential pay for all hours between 1800 and 0600. 25% differential pay for eight hours on Sundays.

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

• Knowledgeable in Ground or Air SIGINT collection operations
• Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication skills
• Military background or equivalent operations experience
• Bachelors Degree and five (5) years relevant experience
• Direct relevant and military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
• Background in SIGINT collection
• Experience working in an Operations Center
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team
• Technical competency in one of the following fields:
• SIGINT Collection/Analysis/Targeting
• ELINT Collection/Analysis
• Electronic Warfare (EW)
• Cryptologic Linguist
• Radio Operations
• Cyber Security
• Network Engineering/Security
• Information Technology (with degree)
• HAM Operations and certification

Certifications

• USN/USCG: CTR, CTI, CTN, CTT
• USMC: 2600, 2621, 2651, 2631, 2611, 2629
• USA: 35S, 35N, 35P
• USAF: 1N1, 1N2, 1N3, 1N5
