REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • You have a firm grounding in design principles and an understanding of color theory and typography
  • You have used MAC OS, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel as intended
  • You have demonstrated the foresight to future-proof systems and maximize efficiency for an entire team
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments

  • This hybrid role is based on-site in Hudson, New Hampshire, in our brand-new Factory, and you can see it HERE
  • We use a market-based approach to compensation and have replaced annual salary reviews with bi-annual market reviews.

YOUR OBJECTIVE

You bring speed and excellence to the Production Arts teams as you work together to meet deadlines and produce quality products that reflect the Life is Good standards and our message of optimism.

YOUR JOB

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • You prepare artwork packages/ mechanicals to production-ready standards, including determining color standards and sizing callouts
  • You effectively learn to process artwork files and share your learnings with the team
  • You troubleshoot missing/corrupt files, and educate the team on learnings and improvements
  • You run automations that create assets uploaded to our production printers and website
  • You organize and maintain the digital library for the DTG (Direct to Garment), FILM, and Sticker process
  • You manage missing file reports for both print and digital assets
  • You retroactively fix file issues and educate the team to future-proof problems
  • You effectively use multiple software such as Adobe Suite, PLM, ColorGATE, Widen, and Box, as intended
  • You seamlessly shift projects as priorities require
