Technical Product Owner -SFDC

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Technical Product Owner to lead the delivery of Salesforce-based solutions across our telecom business line. You will be responsible for translating strategic business objectives into scalable, user-centric Salesforce solutions that support new software product launches, optimize operations, and elevate the customer experience.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, UX designers, Salesforce developers, and system architects to ensure the platform supports business growth and digital innovation.​

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce product roadmap in alignment with telecom product strategies and business goals.
  


• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and IT to define and prioritize Salesforce features and enhancements.
  


• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
  


• Drive the successful delivery of features from concept through launch, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
  


• Work closely with development teams (onshore/offshore) to deliver Salesforce enhancements and integrations using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  


• Partner with UX teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with customer and business needs.
  


• Support the rollout of new telecom services and digital products through Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation.
  


• Ensure the Salesforce platform complies with security, regulatory, and scalability requirements.
  


• Monitor system performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvements.
  


• Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce within the telecom product suite.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce platform.
  


• Proven track record of delivering Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud implementations in telecom or related industries.
  


• Deep understanding of telecom operations, customer lifecycle management, and industry-specific challenges.
  


• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, data models, APIs, and AppExchange products.
