About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to support our Meeting Insights solution - a Conversational AI platform that helps organizations capture, analyze, and leverage meeting content for business productivity.

In this role, you’ll serve as a technical expert and solution consultant, working closely with the Sales, Business Development, and Product teams globally (Israel, NA, Europe and APAC) to lead technical engagements, shape customer solutions, and contribute directly to business growth.

You’ll be joining a team building award-winning technology—Meeting Insights was recognized as the “Best Use of AI” at the UC Awards 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Act as the technical lead in customer engagements—from discovery to solution design and post-sale support.

·      Understand customer needs, business challenges, and technical environments to shape tailored solutions.

·      Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Product teams to design winning strategies and proposals.

·      Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance assessments.

·      Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product and R&D teams.

·      Support solution configuration, integrations, onboarding, and proof-of-concept projects.

·      Help position Meeting Insights as a strategic, value-driven solution for enterprise meeting intelligence.

·      Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as a trusted technical advisor.

·      Track industry trends, customer use cases, and market need to influence product roadmap and positioning.

·      Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.).

·      3+ years of experience in B2B sales engineering, technical consulting, or solution design, in the SaaS, UCaaS, Meeting Solutions or enterprise

collaboration space.

·      Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles, with strong presentation and communication skills.

·      Technical understanding of UCaaS, VoIP, enterprise meeting workflows, and cloud/SaaS platforms.

·      Experience with AI-based technologies (Conversational AI, Generative AI, NLP) is a strong advantage.

·      Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance for enterprise SaaS solutions.
