Position Summary

The Technical Production Professional is responsible for working with departments to ensure on-line training resources are available to all internal technical customers. They must: utilize excellent attention to detail to review, process and reconcile system status of submitted publication requests; publish deliverables in learning management system; utilize good customer service and troubleshooting skills to assist internal customers with questions or issues regarding their training needs; assist with reporting of site wide technical training programs; and attend to Samsung U scheduling and roster processing tickets. .

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Partnering with internal customers to ensure scope validation of equipment/process technical training needs
• Developing/creating on-line training resources and uploading to learning management system
• Relaying any issues relating to departmental processes, procedures, or policies to supervisor in a timely manner
• Creating and maintaining training material pertaining to the use of Technical Production related systems and processes
• Conducting Technical Production Associate Training 
• Supporting site video/film requests
  Monitoring Technical Training indices and generating reports

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, OBS, Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Exceptional communication, writing, editing, and formatting skills.

The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $103,970. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
