• PhD + 10 years of relevant experience, OR
• Master’s degree + 14 years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree + 16 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in technical program and project management for government or defense environments.
• Strong understanding of program compliance, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and briefing skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint).
