About the Role
Parser is seeking an experienced Technical Programme Manager to join our growing team in New York City. This role combines strategic programme delivery with hands-on business analysis, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while driving projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple technical programmes from inception through delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, dependencies, and constraints
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
Utilize Linear or similar project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and maintain transparency
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency
Coordinate enterprise integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms
Work with healthcare payers and providers to understand industry-specific requirements and compliance needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical programme management, delivery management, or business analysis roles
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
Extensive experience working directly with software engineering teams
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience running Scrum teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive results under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Linear project management platform
Background in enterprise integration projects (APIs, middleware, data integration)
Healthcare industry experience, particularly working with payers (insurance companies) and providers (hospitals, clinics)
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance requirements (HIPAA)
Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or similar
Experience with technical documentation and requirements management tools
