As a Product Manager Technical (PMT), you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and launch of technology solutions that leverage direct tax knowledge to automate and optimize customer service operations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful products that improve customer experiences and operational efficiencies.

We are looking for a Product Manager Technical (PMT) with experience leading green field opportunities and business facing products with a global customer base. You should bring a track record of aligning vision, resolving ambiguity, defining strategies, building a product roadmap, measuring impact, and working with engineering teams to deliver against the roadmap. To be successful, you must also be able to influence across multiple teams, be a strong communicator (written and oral), and be an analytic thinker that is capable of simplifying complexity. You should thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and be capable of working through ambiguity or competing priorities.

This Candidate MUST have top-tier / extremely strong communication and writing skills for this position. They must have a back-bone to relay key updates to customers, stake holders and team to direct as needed for launch to go live.

They must be able to come in mid-project to pick up team needs very quickly and push forward on action items that are currently at risk for being delayed for their launch date.

They need to be able to create a strong roadmap for the team to follow for operational testing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for direct tax technology solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver on product goals.
• Execution: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Metrics and Analysis: Define and monitor key metrics to measure product performance, conduct data-driven analysis, and iterate on features to improve outcomes.
• Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.
