Technical Project Coordinator (Internal)

• Partner with Sales Leaders, Engineering, Estimating, and Manufacturing teams to support complex pursuits and negotiated projects.
  


• Translate architectural and structural designs into actionable internal requirements for engineering and manufacturing teams.
  


• Review project documents and models to identify scope, risks, constructability challenges, and potential value-engineering opportunities.
  


• Coordinate across teams to align schedule, feasibility, and project assumptions, ensuring smooth handoff to execution.
  


• Support technical discussions with clients, contractors, and internal leaders, providing clarity on design intent and constructability.
  


• Maintain organized records, design logs, and technical documentation to support continuous improvement in sales engineering workflows.
  


• Contribute to technical proposals, RFIs, clarifications, and presentations that influence high-value project decisions.
  

Requirements

• Current Allied team members with relevant internal experience in engineering, project coordination, or sales support.
  


• Strong technical fluency with architectural/structural software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar) and ability to interpret construction documents.
  


• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  


• Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and confidence in engaging with senior leaders and clients.
  


• Exposure to steel fabrication, PEMB, or complex structural systems is a plus.
  


• Comfortable traveling ~25% of the time for client or project engagement.
