Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Ensures adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzes and documents requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. May manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

Knowledge You Should Bring

• Bachelor's degree Engineering, business or related field
• 5 years of progressive project leadership experience
• Ability to employ analytical thought to independently solve complex problems with minimal guidance and identify solutions
• Ability to lead team or department projects or work streams within broader projects
• Ability to advice management and key external stakeholders on projects
• Acts as a resource and guide for colleagues with less experience
• Must collaborate successfully with intercultural, global teams, including time zone constraints

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

• Engineering or technical
• Experience with automotive software or electrical/electronic component development preferred
• Experience with automotive vehicle instrumentation component development preferred
