Technical Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities 

The Technical Project Manager scopes, plans, executes, and closes projects supporting the delivery of technical solutions and services. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with client expectations and organizational standards.  

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria 
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Lead project execution and day-to-day delivery activities
• Serve as the primary stakeholder and client contact throughout delivery 
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes 
• Coordinate work across technical, operational, and partner teams
• Maintain project documentation and track progress using KPIs

• Experience managing technical delivery projects 
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of risk and change management practices
• Ability to align project outcomes with broader objectives
• PMP certification
• An active Secret clearance or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• An active TS/SCI clearance
• DoW experience
