This is a hybrid position looking for someone that can go onsite to Rockville, MD about two times a week. Candidates for this position must be a US citizen and must be fully vaccinated.
Responsibilities:
Own execution for upcoming features and products, driving roadmap, specifications, and delivery

Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide visibility to management, anticipate and make trade-offs balancing the business needs versus constraints

Scope projects into manageable chunks that enable us to quickly and efficiently release iterative products

Lead team Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming), and provide Agile guidance for areas and ways to improve

Collaborate with the engineering team and program managers to evolve team roadmap to align with the overall domain roadmap, identifying necessary investments and dependencies to support execution and delivery.

Continue to improve our program management process, communication protocols, and operational procedures related to effective, on-time and to-scope software delivery

Basic Qualifications:
At minimum 3 years of Technical Project Management experience

Need software development experience

Ability to dive into technical details, understanding and providing input on overall technical designs

Ability to breakdown a large and complex project into distinct and incremental deliverables

PMP experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear attention to detail

Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience
