Job Description - Technical Project/Program Management III - (E3)

Eligibility Criteria:\n\n * Education Qualification: Bachelor\u2019s degree in any Engineering discipline (preferably in Mech/Electrical) with M.B.A\n * Experience: Minimum 6-8 years\u2019 experience in project management, program management, data analysis.\n * Exposure to Semiconductor Industry is a PLUS\n\n\n\nMandatory Skills: \n\n * Effective communication skills both written and verbal to communicate to diverse functional groups and stakeholders on the program/project status.\n * Ability to work positively in a team environment with wide range of individuals involved in program management under pressure and efficiently manage priorities to meet tight deadlines.\n * Strong leadership and management skills with ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.\n * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of views.\n * Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills finding innovative ways to resolve problems with ability to lead others to solve complex problems.\n * Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.\n * Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field.\n * Proficient \u0026 skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively communicate to program cross functional teams.\n * Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques.\n * Sound knowledge and understanding of Mfg. Operations in Product Life Cycle and Engineering Change Management.\n * Proficient in Microsoft Project to develop project plans and schedules.\n * Expertise in data gathering, analysis, and creative in reporting using Charts and analytical reporting with Microsoft Excel.\n * Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures for Financial planning and tracking\n\n\n\nDesirable Skills: \n\n * Working knowledge of SAP\n * Exposure with developing Excel Macros\n * PMP / Scrum Certification\n * Working with relational databases MS SQL Server\n * Exposure to data analytics tools such as Minitab.\n\n\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead matrixed operational team of New Product Manufacturing Engineers, Material Project Managers, DFX Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Supplier Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing Program Managers to manage program deliverables from Manufacturing Operations.\n * Engage Pilot Manufacturing to ensure early learning builds meet target milestones.\n * Resolve business process operational issues between the Business Unit, Pilot Operations, and Volume Production.\n * Align with Cross Functional Product Management Team to develop plan and execute product commercialization strategy.\n * Engage Engineering team to analyze design and identify product improvements for enhanced volume manufacturability.\n * Manage risk exposure to the division through analysis of production maturity.\n * Interface with Business Operations of the BU on execution of operational strategy.\n * Initiate and lead Operations strategies to improve business processes.\n * Drive Product Life Cycle Operations deliverables for Business Unit New Product Introduction programs.\n * Prepare and present high level presentations on Program status and strategic overview to senior management.\n * Assisting the top management in his/her reports, follow up with his directs for all the data and information required.\n * Organizing meetings, preparing Agenda, MoM for meetings and following up on action items to closure.\n * Planning and Defining Scope, Activity Planning/Sequencing and Resource Planning.\n * Developing Schedules, Time, Cost Estimation, Budget, and Documentations\n * Risk Analysis, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress regularly.\n * Cross-project interdependency management to manage conflicting priorities and plan resources.\n * Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program and defining the benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program.\n\n\n\n#LI\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 20% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$96,000.00 - $132,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
