Technical Project/Program Manager

Key Responsibilities\n\n * Act as a cross-functional interface between Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Service Business Units. Builds alignment across engineering, product, design and business.\n * Act as interface between Engineering and Field Service Operations, track customer\u0027s requests and Beta qualifications.\n * Coordinate activities within AGS Operations: Planning, Purchasing and Engineering, and external suppliers to ensure no risk to customers.\n * Responsible for Business Process improvements, including maintaining matrix for process improvements and implementation of changes\n * Prepare and execute on project plan and define program objectives, including planning to implementation, to meet project timelines, deliverables and stay within budget\n * Run cross-functional program reviews; including creating dashboards and data visualization to present status and results\n * Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues, then remove obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for a positive outcome\n\n\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Knowledge on Electro-Mechanical and Software engineering fundamentals.\n * Release engineering process documents.\n * Translation of business requirements into technical specs.\n * Data \u0026 Analytics.\n * Technical writing (design documentation, specs, program updates)\n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Has knowledge of company best practices and how own function integrates with other roles; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.\n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements\n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information\n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Explains complex or sensitive information in a straightforward manner; works to build consensus\n * Strong communication and presentation skills and emotional intelligence\n\n\n\nRequired Education and/or Certifications:\n\n * Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).\n * Experience with Lean Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing, preferred\n * Program Management certified (nice to have)\n * MS Office suite: Intermediate knowledge of Excel VBA, Access database, Project (nice to have)\n * Experience with Smartsheet project management and dashboard creation (nice to have)\n * Experience with Tableau reporting and dashboard creation (nice to have)\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$110,500.00 - $152,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
