Your Impact

Our Technical Recruiter will partner closely with our Digital Solutions and Engineering teams to hire qualified talent to align with our business needs. Your passion for finding talent will be a critical part of iCrossing's success.The ideal candidate is results-oriented and a hands-on operator who embraces spending time in the weeds of recruiting, sourcing, screening and interviewing outstanding talent and creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. As a full-cycle Recruiter, you are a trusted partner to our hiring teams, making recommendations on qualified talent, and negotiating offers to close candidates.

This will start as a

temporary role

and may be considered for conversion to regular hire.

What you'll do :
Lead full-cycle recruiting for our Digital Solutions and Engineering teams with a sense of urgency, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
Collaborate with our Digital Solutions and Engineering leadership and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs
Create sourcing strategies in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Lead that drive strong candidate pipelines for current and future positions
Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders in a productive and nimble fashion - managing expectations, setting service level agreements, and keeping all parties in the hiring process informed and engaged
Use talent segmentation and creative sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
Assist recruitment for non-technical roles as needed
Who you are:

5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in professional services or consultancies
Demonstrated ability to source, screen, recruit, and hire Digital Solutions, Software Engineering and Data Engineering talent
Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
Great communication and documentation skills with a people-first mindset
Skilled with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to source qualified candidates
Appropriately consults with hiring managers while continuing to drive recruiting with a sense of urgency
Naturally proactive and curious
Experienced in acquiring talent to meet demand across consultancies, digital marketing agencies, and technology systems integrators is a plus
Savvy with applicant tracking systems, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools. Experience with Oracle ATS a plus
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time-management skills excelling in fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies and social trends
Able to quickly pivot and reprioritize in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Passionate about keeping candidate experience top of mind in everything you do

For New York City, the estimated hourly range for this position is between $56 and $72. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
