About the Opportunity
Erdos Miller is a long-term focused company looking for an experienced sales professional who possesses positive energy, technological expertise and is highly motivated to expand the impact of our brand throughout our industry. This is a multi-faceted role with responsibilities related to sales strategy planning, funnel management, and prospecting. We are looking for a dynamic individual with diverse skills who is motivated by our mission and has problem-solving skills. We have two major product lines that have taken over North America, we are expanding into Latin America. To pair with this push, we are seeking a bilingual English & Spanish speaking salesperson to help us replicate the success we have created in North America with our products. We are a company that is heavily involved in the energy industry, and travel to drilling focused Latin America will be expected for this role.
Within 90 Days, you can expect to:
Have a 90-day growth plan developed and tracked with your manager
Have a base grasp of Erdos Miller’s primary product lines
Know each Erdos Miller team and their role in our customer’s success
Create and manage your sales funnel
Understand our buyer persona
Know our competitive landscape for each product line
Lead weekly sales meetings to report funnel status
Attend customer meetings with the sales team
Within 12 Months, you can expect to:
Have a strong grasp of all Erdos Miller’s major product lines
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features
Create strategic sales plans that are aligned with the business goals
Partner with the marketing team to ensure marketing leads are relevant, and aligned to the business priorities
Be the champion of “Why Erdos Miller?” across our business
Managing our entire customer journey from initial contact through post-sales
Have visited a customer rig site
Examples of work:
Managing your sales funnel through HubSpot
Working with Erdos Miller CX team to create necessary materials for your prospects
Managing travel to Latin American countries for customer meetings
Auditing our translated materials with our marketing and CX teams
Working with the engineering team to ensure product releases are relevant to our Latin American clients
Working with our production team to communicate product ship dates to our customers
Duties and Qualifications
Positive Attitude
Fluent Bilingual in English and Spanish languages
5+ Years of sales experience for B2B, Energy industry preferred
Technology fluency and ability to learn new platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Willingness to receive and implement critical feedback
Respect for individuals' diverse experiences and the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
