Job Description - Technical Sales Recruiter



About this Position


The Senior Sales Recruiter will work as part of a collaborative People and Learning team to manage full-cycle recruitment for all Technical Sales and related positions within Net at Work and Cloud at Work. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and build relationships to understand their staffing needs and goals. You will source and target candidates utilizing a wide variety of recruitment resources and networking techniques to identify top-tier candidates.  You will be responsible for candidate management/care and representing and promoting the organization while educating candidates on Net at Work. In addition, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining the ATS System and other related recruitment tools.   



Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize various recruitment tools to actively source, identify, and pre-qualify specific skill sets of professionals for priority positions as determined daily/weekly. 
  • Screen incoming resumes and conduct HR phone interviews. 
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Coordinator on scheduling Competency and Tandem interviews with hiring managers. 
  • Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information; Ensure status and workflows are updated. (Rippling Experience is a plus) 
  • Source passive talent and create pipelines of candidates for future usage based on Net at work hiring plans.


Job Requirements

  • Candidates should have 5 or more years of experience recruiting technology and sales professionals, preferably within the SaaS space. 
  • Successful track record in candidate selection best practices including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and closing of technology and sales candidates. 
  • Must have experience sourcing and recruiting passive talent.  
  • Knowledge of ATS and Web-based recruiting tools to include Linkedin.com and indeed.com. 
  • Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches. 
  • High level of communication and the ability to interact with all levels of staff. 
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery. 
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.   


Customer Requirements


This job may require access to customer information, systems, and/or premises.  As a result, this job may require customer approval for such access as an essential job function.



Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range: $100,000-115,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
