Job Description - Technical Service Manager - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Service Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and driving equipment performance across diverse customer needs. Your hands-on approach will enhance customer satisfaction as you address technical challenges, engage with stakeholders, and utilize data to inform decisions. Working remotely, you will collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and improve overall performance while enjoying flexible working conditions that promote a positive work-life balance.

Accountabilities

    • Be the go-to expert for technical sales support, field troubleshooting, and warranty resolution.
    • Engage directly with customers, distributors, and internal teams to solve technical challenges and provide proactive support.
    • Travel as needed to support field installations, service interventions, and customer visits.
    • Collaborate with commercial and service teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce warranty costs.
    • Analyze warranty data and report actionable insights on a regular basis.
    • Provide technical support and training to service companies.
    • Monitor and approve warranty claims in the warranty administration system.
    • Create technical documentation and training materials as required.

Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years technical service-related experience, preferably in Account Management or Foodservice Equipment.
    • Experience developing technical documentation including training presentations and operations manuals.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to define problems and resolve issues.
    • Analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to organize data effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in English, proactive, and effective in customer-facing situations.
    • Strong technical knowledge and customer relation experience.
