Investigate and determine the technical needs of customers and draw up a technical service plan Provide service to customers in such a way that they are able to apply the Business Unit's products safely Prepare colors pitch for customers. Analyse customer´s brand proposal and create color concept based on customer brand aspiration Prepare and customize per segment.
