Technical Shift Lead

The Technical Shift Lead position performs highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and process to support the achievement of the plant’s business goals and objectives. Areas include but are not limited to: Extrusion, Thermoforming, Maintenance, Warehouse, and General Operations. The Technical Lead also takes on an important role in plant matters concerning safety.

Requirements:

• 3 years of manufacturing experience


• 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance


• Experience in plastics, thermoforming and extrusion is preferred


• Must be proficient in machinery controls systems and industrial machine repair (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical 480v, belts and conveyor belt systems, gear boxes and motors)


• Must have all necessary hand tools, digital volt and amp meter

Compensation: (paid biweekly)

• $23.00/hr


• $1.00 Night shift differential 

Other details:

• Full-time position


• 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM


• 2 days on, 2 days off and 3-day weekends (every other weekend)


• Must be able to work both shifts if needed, 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM


• 30 days of training on 8-hour shifts
