Job Description - Technical Support Agent

Aspire Software is looking for a Technical Support Agent to join our team in Lebanon.

By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio. 

What your day will Look like:

• Provide direct technical support to customers and partners for the company's software via phone and email.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.

• Document all customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve ongoing or critical issues.

• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and general usage of company's software.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy when communicating with customers.

• Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.

  • Experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, ideally supporting software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to the Windows Operating System.
  • Basic networking knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPNs).
  • Familiarity with MySQL database administration and troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of remote access tools and ticketing systems.
