About the role

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and live chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, providing solutions or escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Document all support interactions in our ticketing system to ensure clear communication and history tracking for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to create and update technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs to improve the overall support process.
• Assist in onboarding new users by providing training and resources to help them become familiar with our systems and tools.
• Stay updated on product features and technical updates to provide accurate information and support to users.

Requirements

• Proficient in troubleshooting various operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey technical information to users of varying skill levels.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with ticketing systems and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with colleagues across different departments to enhance the user experience.
