•    Installation and Reparation of injection molding machines at customers site throughout the US
•    Staging machinery at our Technical Center
•    Molding process development and optimization
•    Technical support  & troubleshooting at customer sites, by phone, via email
•    Maintenance of job record using our CRM
•    Management of frequent overnight travel

REQIUREMENTS:  

•    3+ years at an injection molding machinery company or plastic injection molding company as a service engineer with proven success are strongly preferred
•     Various electrical, hydraulic, mechanical repair experience is preferred.
•    Mold set-up, process development, and deep-down controller optimization experience are plus.
•    Other skills & abilities: Excellent customer interface and communication skills. Must be team player with ability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to travel on short notice.

•    Degree in Mechatronics BS in Mechanical or Electrical or Polymer Science/Plastics Technology or Equivalent Experience are required.

Travel
