Eaton\u2019s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer. This is a hybrid role located in our Arden, NC facility. \n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year. \n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe primary responsibilities of a Technical Service Engineer is to proved phone and chat based technical support encompassing product selection, set-up, troubleshooting, and application assistance. Supported products to include industrial control products (motor starters and contactors, soft starters, control relays, motor overload protection products, pilot devices), circuit breakers (miniature, molded case, power breakers), and distribution products (loadcenters, switching devices, transformers.)\n\nIn this function you will: \n\n * Provide technical support via phone, chat and email\n * Effectively communicate product value proposition and product line strategies\n * Help the team meet or exceed team metrics\n * Leverage information to provide professional customer support\n * Ability to perform assigned duties in a team environment\n * Work on projects to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction\n * Work rotational hours 8:00am \u2013 5:00pm ET and 9:00am \u2013 6:00pm ET\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited institution\n * Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Arden, NC. \n * Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
