Position: Technical Support Engineer

Location: San Diego, CA/Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 12 months (Possible extension/conversion)

Pay Range: $35-45/hr

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Networking fundamentals
Scripting Languages like JavaScript and familiarity with a programing Language
Relational databases concepts like MSSQL
Knowledge on LDAP/Active Directory, SSOor other authentication or user management systems
Understanding of Email Troubleshooting
Good troubleshooting and customer service skills
